Terms of Service (beta)

Snapcoin is an early, invite-only beta operated by Majdi Younis, an individual based in Harish, Israel ("we", "us"), not yet a registered company. By using it you agree to the following, and confirm you are at least 18 years old.

• SNC tokens have no monetary value. They are a virtual, non-transferable, non-refundable in-app credit with no cash equivalent. Nothing in this beta can currently be purchased with real money, withdrawn, redeemed, or cashed out — any "purchase" shown in the Wallet screen is simulated for testing only.
• Provided "as is," no warranty. We can change, suspend, remove, or reset the service, your content, or your balance at any time, with or without notice, and without compensation. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the service is free of errors.
• Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this beta. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, in this beta, is zero).
• You indemnify us for claims arising from content you upload or your violation of these terms.
• You're solely responsible for what you post. Don't upload anything you don't own or have rights to, anything that violates someone else's rights, or anything illegal.
• We can remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, especially for anything in the Content Policy below — with no obligation to restore content or balance.
• Governing law: the laws of the State of Israel, courts of the Haifa district, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Content Policy

• No content involving minors, in any form, ever — zero tolerance, no exceptions. Violating accounts are permanently banned immediately, all available information is preserved, and it is reported to Israeli police (or the relevant authority in your country) and, where applicable, NCMEC.
• No non-consensual imagery — content shared or produced without the clear, informed consent of everyone depicted in it is prohibited.
• No content that is illegal under Israeli law or the law of the country you're located in, including copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
• Copyright (notice-and-takedown): if you believe content on Snapcoin infringes your copyright, email a description of the work, the content's location, and a good-faith statement of ownership to the address below; infringing content will be removed and repeat offenders banned.
• The automatic check shown at upload, and the automatic triage that runs when you tap Report on a post, are lightweight, early-stage screening only — neither certifies content is safe or legal. They are not the specialized hash-matching CSAM detection real platforms are expected to run, and everything they touch remains subject to human review, removal, and reporting regardless of the automatic result.
• Report content or a user via "Report a problem," the Report button on any post, or by email — reports (plus the automatic triage they trigger) are the main way anything gets reviewed in this beta.

Privacy

If you choose "Continue with Google," Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us to create your account; we store that with Supabase, our database provider (data hosted in the EU). We use it only to identify you inside Snapcoin — not for marketing, and not shared with anyone else. You can delete your account and this data at any time by emailing us below.

If you choose "Continue without an account," nothing about you is sent anywhere — no account is created.

Either way, right now: your wallet balance, activity history, and any photo you upload for a post are still stored only in your own browser (localStorage), not on our server — uninstalling, clearing site data, or switching browsers/devices erases them, account or no account.

If a later version moves posts, wallets, or payments onto our server too, that will collect more real data from you, and this policy will be replaced with a full one — you'll be shown it and asked to agree again before that happens.

This is a working draft written for an early, closed beta with people who know it's a beta — it is not reviewed by a lawyer and is not a substitute for one. It must be reviewed by a licensed lawyer before any real payments, before opening this beyond people you personally invited, and definitely before any content moderation relies on more than this simple automatic check.
